How do I install my SMART ethanol burner?

Installing a SMART ethanol burner is as easy as plugging it in and dropping it into the prepared cavity! Follow the steps below to install your SMART burner and smartphone app.

Plug in the SMART ethanol burner.

Use the two handles to lift the burner and fit it into the existing fireplace surround. (*Please make sure to remove the handles before using the SMART ethanol burner.)

Grab your phone and search for “The Bio Flame” in your app store. If you’re having trouble locating the app on iPhone or Android, please email us at hello@thebioflame.com so we can send across a QR code to get you started.

After installing the app on your phone, connect to the “The Bio Flame” Wi-Fi network. When prompted, enter the following password: “0123456789” and you’re all set!
