Nice product, very well constructed. A bit dissapointed by the lack of vigor of the flame and no way to adjust. When I purchased the product there was a promotion for free fuel which never was sent.

No instructions made for uneven start. Uneven flame burn. Slightly larger flame would be nice.

We were unable to get a gas line or venting to create a room divider fire feature but luckily a friend recommended Bio Flame.
We are quite happy with the product and service received, as well as the finished project!
